Didn't know there was debt there. My bad. Should look harder when I have so much invested! Theory was that there might be a European bank/fund looking to debt finance and a major European equity holder would reassure them somehow. It may be simpler than that - a cornerstone is wafting $4mill under their noses and they've gone for the bird in the bush. Perhaps it might turn out to be a brilliant switch and bait if the over-subscription is significant. Still seems odd when they've stated they'll close financing on the $82 mill by end of May. Would like Phuket Guy to weigh in as I'm bemused.
