NPV Discrepancy

if you go here (published may 2020) https://themarketherald.com.au/anson-resources-asxasn-reports-exceptional-pea-results-for-paradox-project-2020-05-20/ they say the NPV of Anson at stage 3 is $4.1 billion pre-tax.

However, the 2020 annual report ending June 2020 (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200925/pdf/44n0yt799j6b32.pdf) has it at US 566 million at the STAGE 2.

So we have to go by the US 566 Million which is 727,000,000 AUD.

Divide current 69 mill AUD Market Cap by 727 mill AUD and we get the most ACCURATE ratio of 10 percent, not 1 percent which someone else stated in an earlier thread. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/paradox-lithium-project.5838536/page-181?post_id=51644804

Correct me if wrong, but make sure you are 100 percent certain before throwing out numbers that are too good to be true.
