Wayne also said he believes from what he has talked with the fuel buyers as well as Harrison barker has told him as a former fuel buyer I am sure that "once spot price starts to rise utilities will start to shift towards securing mid and long term supplies" Wayne HeIli Feb 2021 He believes these contracts will start in the next couple months if not this month.
