When is an agreement an agreement? Who cares if offtakers were pressing to drop the floor price in 2019. Are you suggesting that the BOD should have agreed to an amendment that would bankrupt them? If the boot was on the other foot and spod went to $1000 per tonne should AJM ignore the offtake agreement and sell on market? I don't believe this BOD would have done that.
Good lesson for me. It's not the terms of the agreement that matters but the integrity of the partners that trumps everything.
