Bowser1, the netflix show "The China Hustle" you can see how it can easily happen here and with these shell companies like this I think I may have been caught before, and really after reading that prospectus from 2019, what a spiderweb, see Alexander Keach was doing so good out of it, using the money to rent/buy the farm from himself, the costs for first cultivation, etc, way overboard, think really suspect, if they had licences at that stage, no income, same for ECS just way to tangled, glad it is all coming to light now. With so many names and cross selling to themselves, I wouldn't even hazard a guess about licences now.
