Have they adequately explained why they need to build a whole new scanner? The grant is great but seems to take some air out of the business case. I had thought the entire premise of this company and its sky high valuation was that its tech is SaaS and doesn't require new capital investment from the hospitals it wants to sell to? Dubious. Suggest put these in a drawer for 5 years and hope they don't run out of money in the meantime. CEO pay packet seems extremely generous.
