Sorry for the late reply. Just got back from work. The article said that Philip Lowe will keep buying our bonds to make the interest rate stays low at least until 2024. Since no one wants to invest in low yielding Aussie bonds, it will also keep our products competitive by having a low Aussie dollar. That means we don't have to worry about interest rate going up for the next three years. Interest rate(rising) downrampers have no credence. There are quite a few here.
