Looking at it from a different angle, as companies go the BOD is not really over paid by comparison.
At the moment we are getting over 10% return pre tax and I can't think of too many companies on the ASX doing that.
Not sure that we have too much to complain about. I don't feel swindled and I can see an increased dividend next time around anyway.
Last year we were getting 2 cents a year and the SP was half its value - just something to remember.
