Apologies mate I didn’t mean that to sound so aggressive!
However, I feel with the top 20 holding >50%, together with some that are just shy of making that list, I’d be very surprised if sufficient shareholders went against what I believe would be a board recommendation to reject such a low offer.
My personal opinion is that an offer below what Medtronic paid would be an insult to WP given what’s on offer.
