There appears to be a real culture of visual and communicated disdain by ASX litigators (Button and Lim) towards ISX in these proceedings. There is a valid question of whether this is the culture of ASX and passed on to the litigators or just of the litigators themselves. There is a real difference between the professionality displayed between the two opposing teams, in my opinion.
