I agree that PLS should not be blamed however we all know they just took advantage of that. It is not ethical but completely legal. Management is here to be blamed. I will lose ~20K on this one if AJM got delisted. However, it seems that the management do not want this company sink like that and they are still doing the fight. That resilience surprised me a lot, seriously, a lot! Even AJM survives, it is going to be a long time (another 10 years?) to restore the shareholders' valve. Everyone deserves a second chance, so does this management. They have failed us before and hopefully they learnt lesson and one day they can become our heros.

Pilbara Minerals has a fiduciary responsibility to it's holders. One could argue it would have been unethical not to proceed with the ALO acquisition for such a bargain.
