    Long Term shareholders also need to be issued a proportional amount of "free" share so as they can have their
    holdings average price also averaged down in a similar way that the Managers & Executive also regularly do this.

    And then the next thing you know is they accept a low ball takeover offer from someone.....and so reap a huge payout for themselves....as well as (if they are employees) generous employment termination//redundancy benefits... Its a scam!!!
