Therin lies the equation hoodle...can they attract capital or not for yes an expensive process to produce blue hydrogen?..Are the returns large enough to attract large capital commitments?.If they can attract partners similar to the large Saudi Arabia project then shareholders will be rewarded....I'm comfortable with the risk/reward matrix...clearly you are not...time will tell
