creditors are all waiting Avicena to be contracted by WA government for scanning hotel staff, with that contract, PO will flop it into NOR at 20c each, and then all creditors will choose debt to equity swap.
PS Avicena posted another update on 2 March, and had all their management team line up, which doesnt look like a small private company.
