Maybe UBS and GS will offload as before to Instus and Soph Investors ( which a lot of these are just small time people like us who are so called sophisticated investors) who then may hang onto the shares. The only hiccup is when UBS did this a couple of weeks ago I applied for 80k worth and got none so why the leftovers now when it was massively oversubscribed initially.
