Yes they lack experience no doubt but if it saves 50mil a year then im sure they can hire someone with experience in the field to manage it and they can do this for around 100mil investment.
Anyways it was just an idea and i agree with your idea of them diversifying into other materials they use in their steelmaking makes a lot of sense as well.
