my main concern for this guy isnt his divorce, it’s about he was forced, most likely under a court order or through mediation, to sell them, at this ridiculous cheap price, when CPH is due to do so many good things in the near and long term future. Like huge things.

if the wife was smart she would have just wrote an agreement to sit on them and sell them in the future and then split it or took ownership of them and held them herself. Not SELL THEM.
