Judge for yourself whether you think fee log's posts meet the section 150.1 test of negatively affecting the good reputation of the profession.
If you think fee log's use of English is acceptable from a professional, then you and I simply have different standards.
I concede that it isn't an actionable breach, but ethical standards aren't about what's actionable, they're about conducting yourself in accordance with the intent of the standard. I don't think the framers imagined accountants touting what professionals they are and then trash-talking their way across internet message boards.
For clarity: his conduct wouldn't bother me if he didn't claim to be a professional accountant.
