    Step 1 - Sell 20% of your holding to fund the conversion cost
    Step 2 - Ring the company up and pay by bpay to convert (according to a previous post)

    But you are correct. If you wanna trade in high volume and require liquidity, you are better off with RNU.

    Also, I'm one of those that are constantly looking for arbitrage so you will always have a buyer =)
