We're seeing some retail flippers who are obviously happy to cash in profits. However, I don't think news on financing is far away. Just have to look at the clues - they only accepted $600k over-subscription despite having offers well in excess of.
The Swiss investors are not here for pips, they're here to see the project through into production.
When you see Prince Michael's narrative on China, directly and through reports on GIS, it makes a lot of sense. KIS is of strategic interest.
