I have never subscribed to the theory that a stock is being manipulated, but in this case I do. There were, at all levels, a string of sell orders placed within a second, simultaneously.
Then, once a lower price eventuated, a corresponding string of buy orders was pulled, simultaneous, at all levels. (buy all I mean accross about a 4 cent range).
That was repeated twice, and when the price held about .245, the buyer reappeared and have remained.
Hmmm. I think I need to contact the company.
