Not sure if this is helpful for any of you, but I received confirmation from Melissa North that the dates originally given for JMS holders to be eligible to receive Juno shares have been fully scrapped. I asked, "With the demerger of Juno now delayed, do I understand it correctly that JMS shares bought today will come with the rights to Juno shares once that all goes through? In other words. "Distribution of in-specie shares to Jupiter shareholders", planned for March 8 still apply?"
Melissa's response was: "If you bought shares today, and retain these up to the record date, you will be eligible for the in-specie distribution of shares. However the 8 March date has been rescheduled. On 8 March 2021, Jupiter lodged an updated Appendix 3A.5 which removed the record and ex dates whilst we reconfirmed a new timetable. Therefore at present the shares do not hold entitlement rights. We are aiming to provide a new ex and record date within the week."
