The size of the CR will take IXR into the BFS. The $$ behind this CR give IXR confidence that the backers will support the SP. This is exactly what we saw when people were predicting the SP would fall back to the issue price. Big hands caught a lot and it never got there. Plenty of long term investors here have been caught out previously when the SP never fell to where they expected it to retreat to. Hence I haven't been trading it. Bullish runs tend to do that, having seen quite a few over the years.
What is not factored in here is the scandium. The scoping Study I expect will address this issue and allow people to see clearly what the future income, capex, opex, IRR etc.. will be.
Till then people can throw whatever into the fan and hope it sticks.
