Thanks Defabstar, We all know CER is covered from dilution risks. The only risk I can see is LVR in Australia if assets are devalued further. But looking at the portfolio as a whole for CER, I don't see any financing risks.

I just wanted to know Buffet's view. I do agree with most of the posters that dilution risk is not related to CER.
