Think about all the things that occurred. The Innovation sites in Perth and USA. The transition to Brainchip of the Indian contractors. The recruitment of Rob Telson and scientific staff and two new Board members. The engagements with NASA, NaNose. The establishment of the Scientific Advisory Board with Simon Thorpe, Adam Osseiran and Professor Barry Marshall. All of the EAP customer vetting and signing up as well as over seeing the bringing of AKIDA technology to silicon and getting it onto boards and out to the EAP's. Then you have the patents that have been percolating through the system as well as the contracts with Renesas and others yet to be named being negotiated. Then add on the corporate duties of annual reports, AGM's, shareholder relationships, employee relationships and management. All of which have in some way have been affected by Covid-19 and the inability to travel.

Quite frankly the negative and defamatory statements about the exiting CEO are really quite offensive. Long term holders and I am saying those who have held since at least 2017 have a lot to thank Lou for given where Brainchip is today. There is never an absolute right time for a CEO to step away but given where we are and where we are headed the next step will be for someone a bit younger with a narrower skill set who can leave sales to Rob Telson and focus on corporate development and managing the company's internal growth across four continents.

My opinion only DYOR.
