Well I bet if the revenue grows by 300% but we become loss making the share price will appreciate. No basis of p/e ratio that way to determine “fair value”. Once it becomes loss making then sentiment changes to how quickly can the revenue grow and how many fluffy big contracts can we secure that won’t result in the bottom line and when that happens boom we will be trading in the dollars
We had a 20%+ revenue growth and a 40%+ profit growth. The market clearly thinks that is a slow growth company. We really needed that 300% revenue growth and minus profit story to keep the market excited. It’s like ohhh how much more can we grow next year and how much cash can we possibly burn while doing that? How exciting
