Strikes me like the type of Company who couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery. Disgraceful behaviour. Dilute the F out of all the long term holders, all because they beat an old horse to death (Darlot). Any guess as to the issue price? Below the last raise issue price? Are they purposely trying to P off funds that have supported them through this whole last horrid year? to be fair i was warned that such a low grade and high ASIC was always going to be a problem, but for some reason i had what is now clear to be, misplaced faith in the management
