These are shares issued to Execs for hitting performance targets and will be held for a period of years. I was on the same deal at Wesfarmers. The loan is paid back over a period of years then the shares belong to the employee. They cannot be dumped for a quick buck.
I will happily top up any time EOS falls below $5
