Looks like the broker as run out of ammo to cap the holding, as they would have done so Chi-x to jump queue. No Chi-x order I can see on sell-side.
Note there as about 40M on seller bids on close yesterday, and right now on-market about 43.3M, so ~3.3m (dotted in different prices).
But watch if at close the 40M sellers started to get chewed up, and no replenishment.
So outright 43.3M shares for sale is 2.46% (2.3 cents ---> 12 cents, where bulk parcels are <3 cents)
But if you break down to realistic price target of say 2.5 cents that's just 0.43% (7.5M shares) available; this will probably get chewed up at opening in the next few sessions - if we don't see any major dumpers.
