Each to his own. Obviously had you bought at 5c they're worth 20c. There have been many developments since 5c and they have the money you allude to but it's earmarked for production development.
This a spec buy with many bags written all over it given climate/rare earth issues and outlandish valuations are common - see Dotcom, Nasdaq's, after pays et al.
