Yesterday's ann by Prime Trust (PTN) suggests that they have issues with LLP who manage their core asset portfolio.

They claim payment irregularity on which they intend to act urgently.

This issue has surfaced a number of times and must be resolved.

Management, if you are reading this, an announcement clarifying the position is required.

Maybe its time for a reverse takeover as PTN are cash flow wobbly and need to sell assets to survive.
