I also watched the Amaero webinar. My notes basically confirm you have written in your post except I think he said it was the world's largest defence company asked 3DA to form a JV with PPK.
He also said PPK was an excellent tech company worth looking up with a great team and that had followed through with all their commitments with Amaero.
