lateline last night - clean coal

All,

did anyone else watch Lateline last night?
Some of the topics discussed:
1.Australia's Coal Mining activities - including exporting, adding to global warming etc.
2. The worlds need to clean up Coal fired Power Plants etc.
3. Carbon Capture Storage of Coal and the mention that no company has made it work to date.
4. Clear understanding that it is not an option for the world to stop using Coal to fire power stations.
5. Not one mention of Under Ground Gasification process as a cleaner alternative to fire Coal fired power plants.

I don't understand why UCG was not even mentioned once.
Does Len and the P.R Team need to ramp things up?
