This modular DC is almost like a side business for them. Not meant to be the core and just another offering. If it adds to the ARR then of course a welcomed addition. Might have a few day traders getting excited today thinking there will be a pump on this news.. but really if they did not state an actual revenue attached to the sale then we can assume it is immaterial and therefore no serious money will go into this news. Of course it is a good demonstration of management ability to get shit done, so a big tick there.

The prize will still be the completion of their Bib lake DC and tier 3 cert. That should really give this a boost in SP and investor confidence.
