How does attempting to raise $15m at 1.5c (more than the current mkt cap) and viburnum converts the 3c last placement at 1.5c too - so their 100m shares turn to 200m shares
Oh and they get 1 option for every 4 shares they subscribe for..
Sound good?
Maybe it trades below 1.5c as people strip the shares for the free options - who knows
