Markets are looking at what the Fed will say tonight. Expectations are not high that the Fed would do yield control or Operations Twist to rein in long term bond yields. Nor are they likely to say they would bring forward rate increase. Dovishness is what we can expect them to do. It is still early days for them to change their position from just weeks ago.
