My suggestion is to read this article and then see which questions are still outstanding.
Probably one that is not covered in the Bioshares is the more recent announcement about the SPP.
The general view held is that PRR management know full well that they are bringing us good news soon, possibly several things. Each of which will inflate the SP making the SPP look like a great deal.
If you have heard of Dendreon, then PRR could just surprise a lot of people and become similarly known in the future. They are the closest behind Dendreon and are targeting a different drug (Ovarian as opposed to Prostate). Ovarian has a bigger global market and the drug either has or is likely to be afforded the "Orphan Drug" status by FDA which fastracks everything as there's no alternative drug to treat Ovarian cancer.
