Kidston Solar Project (production since 2017)- 50 MW
- 20 year contract with QLD govt until July 2038
- Revenue ~$ 12 million P.A.
Jemalong (production since 2021)- 50 MW
- Currently selling into spot market but will look at contracting "50% of output for say 10 years" - SK
- Expecting to increase revenue to $20+ million P.A.
Kidston Pumped Hydro (Close to contractual close - construction starting April)- 250 MW
- Early works completed
- Fixed price contract for construction
- NAIF loan - $610 million - 15 year govt bond rate plus low margin

escalates with CPI over 30 years and will not be subject to any variation based on energy prices, energy volumes, any other matters, in fact its just a rental payment that is very fixed and secure. Investors can consider that effectively as the
same as a corporate bond from EnergyAustralia which is rated BBB+ by the rating agencies and
first revenues will commence in 2025" - SK

- "Project is now very advanced, we have secured the land, we are now finalising the connection process with Powerlink, we are finalising the capital costs with Tesla and we expect to commence construction before the end of this calendar year" - SK

- Regarding revenue "10 to maybe 11 million dollars per annum for the next 10 years" - SK
- OPEX - $1 million per year
- Expected to cost around 50 million, 50% expected from one of our 'banking relationships' and commenced discussions with co-owners for equity.
