Huge effort Woody. Congrats on the weightloss. FTO has scared me as well. I used to lift 3 times a week and got quite big (powerlifting). I've been on paternity leave for about 7 months now and I kept the eating habit but not the lifting habit! I'm the same weight but more chubb than muscle. I'm getting back into it next week, when my program starts.
