1. Hi all this is a good little read from the "Australia’s Top 100 Manufacturers for 2020". I wont bog down with long post but is a good read, with NSW ahead of the of the game here. I can see why the green are boasting about all there achievement in solar and wind bring down power prices. They have little manufacturing left. So next time you read news on how South Australia is being such a good boy on renewables they now have the highest unemployment in South Australia at 7.1 percent. Job keeper being removed soon as well. So they reached renewable targets at the cost of jobs.
South Australia's great success in changing toward renewableenergy - https://ramblingsdc.net/Australia/SaSuccess.html
2. This is why Scot Morrison want a gas fueled recovery, he knows renewable s has limited success , it not working as promised in SA, NZ and in California US, with big losses in manufacturing jobs
3. https://www.reliableplant.com/Read/19247/california-losing-manufacturing-jobs-faster-than-rest-of-us To my knowledge California Was a world leader in renewable so dates will go back a bit and I am still researching this state. will keep you up dated
4. NZ has gas problem and may have to import from Australia. https://www.energynewsbulletin.net/outlook-analysis/news/1403458/new-zealand-launches-inquiry-into-gas-security
• "There are no clear affordable alternatives ready yet, which means we could end up importing LNG from Australia instead of producing our own local natural gas."
• "Former Australian resources minister Matt Canavan has previously supported NZ's ban citing export opportunities for Australian coal, oil and gas producers.”
