It was $2.85m not $5m and how can it be claimed that it was not in the shareholders best interest when $1m was received in revenue as a result of one of the contracts entered into? One of the others did not achieve their Aus ADI and obviously processing with ISX fell over. Is that's not part of business? Do companies not go under from time to time or relevant approvals not granted?
Just saying, ASIC are gonna have a hard time proving otherwise
