Agree with your comment on foreign CEOs. They probably view Aust. as a backwater when compared to Europe/States. However, Sol has done a whole heap for TLS, by reducing inefficiencies within TLS. Where he fell over was his attitude towards govt. relations.
I know we have a local CEO now, but in future, I hope to get a South African as a CEO for TLS. They are tough as nails whilst being commercial.
