I think the reason why the Port and Logistics contracts are not quite over the line as yet is because there are now three parties involved. I understand they are now in the final phase as all commercial conditions are apparently done and they just need to finalize the operational conditions i.e. allocation of berths etc. These things just take time with lawyers shuffling contracts between themselves. Best to get it right from the get go, we've just got be patient, sit tight!
