Somewhere in the 30-36 month range would cover detailed engineering, long lead item procurement, construction and commissioning, before the first saleable rare earth and phosphoric acid products emerge from the process plant.
Nolans will be a big, complex mining and chemical operation. It will be around for 40+ years. Amongst Australia's most strategic projects.
