"Why do the Europeans and China buy from Brazil?"

Answer...Brazil was traditionally the source of iron for North America and Western Europe last century. I can't remember what percentage of the worlds steel comes out of Asia now off the top of my head but I believe it is more than half and almost all of the growth in steel output. In 1998 oil was $10-12 a barrel so shipping IO from Brazil was sigificantly cheaper than it is now.

"If the financing is a problem why are Tata,ArcelorMittal,POSCO and the Chinese looking at SDL."

Of course they would look it and they'll say to themselves....its 38%FE! Anyway Tata,ArcelorMittal,POSCO and "the Chinese" have their own projects in West Africa,

"RIO are building one of the port terminals along side Sundance in Cameroon.
RIO are building a Hydro system for power"

Are they actaully building right now or are they "planning" to build this infrastructure. I will stand corrected if you provide evidence that these projects have actually started

"Cameroon has onshore as well as offshore oil"

Irrelevant. Oil is an exchage traded commodity. price is set by global supply and demand and we certianly aren't finding 85 million barrels a day.

Why are POSCO and their Malaysian partners spending many billions of dollars on building rail lines in The Republic "of The Congo from South to North not far from the Cameroon border and Sundance's Mbalam tenement?"

Irrelevent...its in another country plus they are developing a 1 billion + ore body with much higher grade than SDL.

"China and India are committing more each year in Africa, especially in West Africa."

Tata, ArcelorMittal,POSCO and "the Chinese" have their own projects in West Africa.
