there should be an announcement before 28.7. to give the shareholdrs something to hold on.
if the new placement will be approved - and i think it will. and the placement ends fully subscribed and with contract very near, i think opm will run.
those test are needed for the first contract, later on there will be no testing needed.
6 weeks or so and i hope we will all laugh and have pockets full of money :-)
