Trading Wizard, im sure you adding on that final sentence make it seem different, however by me quoting

"The directors regard 1.5 cents as an attractive entry price and will individually invest to the maximum extent possible"

does not mean
The directors regard 1.5 cents as an attractive entry price and will invest to the maximum extent.

see the difference.

the "maximum extent possible" is referring to the "individually", hence saying that each director will be investing different amounts, and therefore u can assume that it could be anywhere for $600 to $15000.
