Also, from a very simplistic view, as I am not market savvy as some here are, .....if you are a U bidder sitting on 83c, people jump in ahead of you thus pushing up the price.....I agree, as a U bidder, if you were serious about buying, why not jump up a step yourself? Or is it a deliberate attempt to push up the price and then actually sell? I am also interested in how this works.
