Joint Lead Managers - Fees

The Joint Lead Managers seem to have it covered off pretty well. Our company appears to forget to include GST in the final explanation.

1.8 Capital Raising Fees
Xcel Capital Pty Ltd and Sanlam Private Wealth Pty Ltd have been appointed as Joint LeadManagers to the Placement and the Offer. In consideration for their services in connectionwith the Placement and the Offer, the Joint Lead Managers will receive the following fees inaccordance with the Joint Lead Manager Mandate:
(a) a selling fee of 6% (plus GST) of the total amount raised under the Placement;
(b) a fee of 3% (plus GST) of the total amount raised under the Placement from investorsintroduced by the Company); and
(c) a selling fee of 6% (plus GST) of the value of any Shortfall Shares placed to clients ofthe Joint Lead Managers under the Shortfall Offer.The Joint Lead Manager Mandate otherwise contains provisions considered standard for anagreement of its nature.
