Price action is fairly scrappy, but I read it as consolidation below monster 1.31/33 resistance before it breaks. A two day close above 1.31/33 and $1.70 should be a formality. I can't see the reason to test 60/70 cents , the break higher will happen when you least expect it, maybe even this afternoon,
